The Challenge
The objective was to generate a high volume of quality leads while keeping costs manageable, particularly in the highly competitive landscape of cosmetic dentistry paid search advertising.


The Solution
An initial evaluation revealed that the existing website was not fully optimised for conversions. However, with limited time and budget, a complete redesign wasn’t a viable option. Instead, a set of high-converting custom landing pages was developed. These pages were designed to be visually compelling, optimised for lead generation, and seamlessly
integrated with HubSpot for form submissions, appointment bookings, and performance tracking.
In parallel, targeted Google Ad campaigns were launched, with ongoing refinements throughout the year to maximize efficiency and results.
To enhance effectiveness, collaboration with a dental marketing specialist firm was established. Their industry expertise, combined with advanced digital marketing strategies, created a powerful approach to accelerating practice growth.


The Results
In just one year, these efforts generated 2,570 leads at an average cost-per-acquisition (CPA) of £28.23.
Following this success, the clinics briefly transitioned to an in-house marketing approach. However, after two months, they recognised the significant value of the external marketing strategy and chose to reinstate the partnership.
